Art and architecture intertwine, the famous violinist Lu Siqing played wonderful music at the Asia Financial Center of the Beijing Investment Group-the International Cultural Exchange Center

On May 18th, Lu Siqing , the world violinist, staged a gorgeous engagement between art and architecture at the Asia Financial Center of the Beijing Investment Group. This charity performance was co-sponsored by the National Center for the Performing Arts (NCPA) and the Asia Financial Center of the Beijing Investment Group. Leaders attended the event: Jin Liqun , President of the AIIB; Wang Ning, Vice Chairman of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Party Secretary of NCPA; Li Changli , Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Beijing Investment Group; and Sun Hongshan , Member of the Party Committee and Chief Accoutant.
The 80-meter-high sky courtyard of the Asia Financial Center and its 1.27 million m3 of shared space are bright and comfortable. There are 10 sky gardens with more than 40 kinds of shrubs and ground cover plants, fresh and elegant. The building provides international first-class services to AIIB’s Chinese and foreign employees and settled clients and entrepreneurs while bringing them spiritual pleasure and enjoyment. Accompanied by the melodious music, the Asia Finance Center, the architectural artwork, is full of agility and vitality, highlighting its unique charm as an international cultural exchange center.
The Asia Financial Center offers a natural, healthy, and comfortable ecological working environment and has been awarded LEED Platinum Certification and Green Building Three-star Certification. The AIIB’s headquarter and many leading companies in the industry have settled in, making the building one of the most influential international financial centers. In the future, it will become a new highland for financial development while helping to improve the business environment in the Olympic Sports Center to inject strong new momentum for the construction of the “Four Centers” of Beijing and the implementation of the national development strategies.
