High Temperature Adhesive Tape

10-27

Storage, transportation, use and maintenance

(1) The tape shall be stored in the warehouse to avoid sunshine and rain; It is prohibited to contact with acid, alkali, oil and organic solvent, and keep it clean and dry. The room temperature is between - 15 ℃ and 40 ℃ 1 m away from the device.

(2) The tape shall be placed in rolls and shall not be folded. If it is stored for too long, it shall be turned over once a quarter.

(3) When loading and unloading the conveyor belt, it is better to use a crane, and use a sling with a beam to lift it steadily to avoid damaging the belt edge. Do not load and unload arbitrarily, which may cause loose rolls and sleeve throwing.

(4) The type and specification of adhesive tape shall be reasonably selected according to the use needs and specific conditions.

(5) It is not allowed to connect (assemble) tapes of different varieties, specifications, models, strengths, and cloth layers together for use.

(6) The conveyor belt joint should preferably be connected with hot vulcanized rubber to improve reliability and maintain high effective strength.

(7) The diameter of the conveyor roller and the minimum pulley diameter of the conveyor belt shall comply with relevant regulations.

(8) Do not allow the tape to crawl or crawl. Keep the trailing roller, the vertical roller flexible and the tension moderate.

(9) When the conveyor is equipped with baffle and cleaning device, wear of the belt shall be avoided.

(10) Cleanliness is the basic condition for good operation of the tape, and foreign substances will affect belt eccentricity, tension difference, and even fracture.

(11) If the tape is found to be damaged at an early stage during use, the cause shall be found and repaired in time to avoid adverse consequences.

High temperature adhesive tape refers to the adhesive tape used in high temperature operation environment. It is mainly used in the electronic industry. The temperature resistance is usually between 120 ° C and 260 ° C. It is often used for painting, baking leather processing, coating shielding, fixing in the process of electronic parts, PCB and high temperature treatment shielding. High temperature tape includes KAPTON high temperature tape; Teflon high temperature tape; High temperature textured paper tape; PET green high temperature tape; High temperature double-sided adhesive tape, etc.

Identify high temperature tape

Polyimide high temperature tape

(1) Appearance and taste;

(2) Residues after ignition;

(3) The actual high temperature test shall be carried out to check whether there is residual glue, shrinkage and other phenomena when the temperature exceeds 260 °.

Polyimide high temperature adhesive tape can be customized according to the customer's voltage resistance requirements. The specially treated high temperature resistant insulating material polyimide film is the base material, which has excellent insulation, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, can withstand high temperature of 300 ℃/10 minutes, and can be used for a long time at 180 ℃. The product specification is 33M long, and the width can be arbitrarily cut into amber series of different depths. High temperature adhesive tape This product has excellent electrical performance, high insulation, high temperature resistance, low temperature, acid and alkali resistance, low electrolysis, good mechanical performance, abrasion resistance, tear resistance, special adhesive treatment, strong adhesion, and no residual adhesive left on the masked surface after tearing.

Polyimide high temperature tape is widely used for welding protection and high temperature insulation binding of transformer coil; Capacitor insulation material, PCB board gold finger high temperature spray shielding protection, mobile phone lithium battery manufacturing and bundling. Purpose: Polyimide high-temperature tape insulation tape produced by the Protection Golden Finger Company is made of polyimide film as the base material and coated with high temperature resistant silica gel. It has super high temperature resistance and is used to protect the golden finger during reflow welding.
